Your lead capture form
Every business gets a shareable public lead form — a page anyone can fill in, no account needed. Enquiries land on your Leads page and you get notified straight away.
Share and set up your form
- Open Leads in the sidebar. The banner at the top — Your public lead form — shows your link (like
/leads/your-business-name). Tap Copy link and paste it into your website, socials, or email signature. - Go to Settings → Public lead form to set your website URL (shown as a See our work button after someone submits), a notification email, and a notification phone.
What the client sees
The page carries your business name and the heading Tell us about your project. They fill in Your name, Phone, Email, a Job type (Bathroom, Kitchen, Laundry, or Other), a Timeframe, and Tell us a bit more, then tap Send enquiry. There is deliberately no budget question — that conversation is yours to have later.
When an enquiry lands
You get an email straight away — it falls back to the owner's email, so it works out of the box — and an SMS if you've set a notification phone. The lead appears on Leads and on the dashboard's Needs attention panel. When you're ready, tap Convert on the lead row: one step creates the customer and a job from the lead's details, then lands you on the new job's page. The lead row stays on the list, marked as contacted. Walk-in or phone enquiry? Add it by hand with + New lead.
