How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product. No credit card required — you only add a payment method when you choose to subscribe.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing gets charged — there's no card on file. Your account pauses until you pick a plan and add a payment method, then you carry on where you left off.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever your team changes — the difference is pro-rata’d, so you only ever pay for what you use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the self-service billing portal in the app — no phone calls. Your data is retained for 90 days after you cancel.
Is GST included in the prices?
Prices are ex GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian businesses.
Do I need Xero?

How does annual billing work?
