Invite your team

Your SmartM8 workspace is an organisation. Teammates you invite become members and get the full builder app — the same screens you see. Invites happen through the organisation menu in the top bar, not a settings page.

1. 01Open the organisation switcher in the top bar — it shows your business name.
2. 02Open your organisation's management screen and invite teammates by email.
3. 03When a teammate signs in, they land on Welcome to SmartM8 — they select your workspace there instead of creating a new one.
4. 04They go straight to the Today dashboard. The setup wizard only runs once per workspace, so they skip it.

Teammates vs contractors

Contractors are a separate flow. Invite them from Contractors in the sidebar — they get the contractor portal, never the builder app — invite as many as you need. Don't invite a contractor as a team member unless you want them seeing your whole business.

Plans are sized as up to 2, 5, or 15 users (Starter, Pro, Team). You can change plan any time from Plan & billing in Settings.
