Choose a plan and how the free trial works

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You pick a plan right after creating your workspace, and nothing is charged until you add payment details and subscribe.

• Starter — $199 / month ex GST · up to 2 users
• Pro — $299 / month ex GST · up to 5 users · most popular
• Team — $449 / month ex GST · up to 15 users
• All plans: unlimited jobs. Annual is 2 months free — $1,990, $2,990, or $4,490 / year ex GST.

1. 01On the Choose your plan screen, flip the toggle between Monthly and Annual — 2 months free.
2. 02Select a plan card — Pro comes preselected.
3. 03Tap Start my 14-day free trial. Or tap Skip for now — start on Starter and decide properly later.

During and after the trial

While you're on trial, a banner above the top bar counts down the days left. In the last 3 days it turns amber and asks you to check your payment details. The Update payment details link opens the Stripe-hosted billing portal — SmartM8 never takes card details in the app itself.

If the trial ends without a payment method, nothing is charged — your account pauses and your data stays safe. You'll see Your free trial has ended with an Add payment details button; add a card, activate your subscription, and you pick up right where you left off.
